Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. All orders are custom build to customer's specifications and take 1 - 2 weeks to complete. You will receive another notification with tracking number when your order has shipped.

Local pickup
If you live close to Westford, MA you may email Caney Putterworks and arrange pickup. CP is run out of a residential home so please contact us before arrival. Any shipping costs will be refunded if you pick up your order.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, UK, Australia, Germany, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Spain, Ireland, Sweden, France, Mexico, Japan, South Korea, and Thailand.
If you do not see your country on the list please contact Caney Putterworks and we can get you a shipping price.
International items are shipped Priority Mail International.
Rates range from $25 - $58.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Caney Putterworks LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
